Product Intro
LD electric single beam crane has reasonable structure and strong rigidity. The whole machine is equipped with CD and MD electric hoists and is a light and small lifting machinery. Rated lifting capacity 1t-32t. Ambient temperature -25℃ to 40℃. This product is widely used in factories, warehouses, material handling and other occasions to lift goods. Do not use it in flammable, explosive and corrosive media environments. This product is equipped with wired handles and wireless remote control operation. After modular and standardized design, it has the advantages of light weight, small size, smooth operation, low noise and maintenance-free.
Main Beam Structural Unit
The main beam is an inclined box beam or a steel beam, and the end beam is welded by steel or steel plate. The steel plate material is Q235-B; the vertical deflection is L/1000; all steel plates are shot blasted pre-treated to meet the Sa2.5 standard; the steel is carefully inspected and cleaned before welding, usually using an automatic welding machine (MIG or semi-automatic welding); all welds are X-ray non-destructive testing; the welding of each main beam is processed to eliminate internal stress. The crane surface is sandblasted and painted with primer and topcoat within 8 hours. The paint film thickness is not less than 120μm.
End Beam Structural Unit
The end beam uses welded box beams or rectangular steel pipes as the main beam of the car body structure. Structural flaw detection is carried out after welding. The combination of the end beam and the wheel is processed by a boring and milling machine, which improves the installation and assembly accuracy of the equipment and improves stability.
The end beam structure is equipped with an anti-derailment device, a track cleaning device, a buffer device, etc.
Motor
The motor adopts a three-phase AC asynchronous variable frequency brake motor, which is small in size, light in weight, has a high market penetration rate, no carbon brushes, easy to maintain, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and can adopt variable frequency speed regulation.
Reducer
The reducer adopts a combined box, hardened gears, and liquid lubricating oil lubrication. The gears have high strength and strong wear resistance, and are easy to replace and maintain.
Brake
The brake adopts an electronically controlled disc-type power-off brake, which is small in size, large in friction, high in stability, long in life, low in pollution, no asbestos dust, and no oil leakage risk.
Wheels
The wheels are made of 45# steel and tempered as a whole. They are light, have high load-bearing capacity, are impact-resistant, have high tensile strength, are wear-resistant, have long service life, and have low wheel pressure.
Bearings
The bearing box is made of cast steel, and most of the bearings are spherical roller bearings, which have high load-bearing capacity and spherical function, and can bear certain axial loads and radial loads at the same time. The friction coefficient of spherical roller bearings is the lowest among all standards, so choosing spherical bearings can improve the load-bearing capacity of the equipment to a certain extent.
Drums
The use of large-diameter seamless steel pipes increases the strength of the drum and can effectively reduce the wear of the wire rope.
Wire ropes
The wire ropes are made of high-strength broken wire ropes, and the surface is galvanized and oil-free.
Hooks
The hook is made of 35CrMo, can rotate 360 degrees, and is equipped with a safety buckle to prevent slipping.
Variable frequency speed regulation of cranes
1. Reduce impact and save energy
The drive part uses a frequency converter to control the motor to reduce the impact of instantaneous starting current on the power grid and protect the motor. It can save about 20% of electricity. Especially in places where lifting is particularly frequent, it can save about 30% of electricity.
2. Adjustable speed
The frequency converter can adjust the motor speed to meet the various operating speed requirements of the equipment. For example, in precision assembly, the motor can be adjusted to a low speed to meet the equipment use requirements. Or when lightly loaded, the motor speed can be adjusted by the frequency converter to increase the operating speed of the equipment.
3. Slow start and slow stop
The frequency converter can control the equipment from low speed to high speed through speed control to achieve the purpose of slow start and slow stop. By slow start and slow stop, the mechanical service life of the transmission parts of the equipment can be increased, while the natural vibration frequency of the equipment can be reduced, avoiding the damage of the equipment's natural vibration to the infrastructure and extending the service life of the infrastructure.
Safety Control Unit
Vehicle operation limitThe crane uses an infrared laser limiter, which can set two limit controls, one short-distance control and one long-distance control. The principle is that when the crane runs to a certain distance from the obstacle, the running speed is reduced to a slow speed to prevent accidents caused by excessive braking; if it continues to run, the crane reaches the set stop distance, the hook stops, and it cannot continue to move forward, but can only move backward.
Crane rise limit
When lifting, in order to prevent improper operation by the operator or other reasons, a height protection device is set to effectively protect the user's life safety.
Mechanical height limiter
The upper limit can be set at two distances, one is deceleration and the other is stop.
The principle is that when the hook rises to the set limit position and there is still a certain distance from the stop position, the hook speed will drop to a slow speed to prevent accidents caused by excessive or late braking; if it continues to rise, when the hook reaches the set stop area, the hook will stop and cannot continue to rise, but can only fall.
Lifting impact limiter
A fixed limiter is used. As long as the hook rises to the set limit position, the hook touches the limit switch, the limit switch is activated, and the hook cannot rise.
Overload protection
The lifting mechanism is equipped with a weight sensor, which can detect the weight of the cargo during the lifting process to avoid overloading due to unclear cargo weight. Overloading can cause various dangers, so it is crucial to choose a high-precision weight sensor for the equipment.
When the crane load exceeds the full load, it will stop automatically and can only descend, not rise.
Overheating protection
The motor is equipped with a thermal sensor to monitor the motor temperature. When the motor exceeds the allowable range of the equipment due to the frequency of use, the motor will heat up and can be forced to stop through the electronic control system. After the motor temperature cools down, it can continue to be used, thereby avoiding overheating of the motor and shortening or damaging the motor life.
Overcurrent protection
The overcurrent protection function of the inverter can protect the motor and prevent overcurrent from damaging the motor.
Sound and light alarm
The crane supports red, green and yellow sound and light alarms.
It can display the position of the crane when it is running and remind workshop staff to pay attention to collisions.
When a problem occurs with the crane, it lights up in different colors depending on the fault to alert the operator.
